Features and Updates

  • New users manually created are now automatically prompted to change their password upon first login by default.
  • Updated privacy behavior so users who haven’t enabled “Share information with other users” are no longer visible to others.
  • The Session List in Course > Session Calendar now defaults to showing the newest sessions first and preserves the user’s last viewed tab when returning.
  • The certificate dropdown list in Learning Plan Phase Settings has been updated to sort entries alphabetically.
  • Reminder settings in Learning Plan are now saved and retained correctly.
  • A confirmation message has been added when copying or inserting assessment slide types, warning that copying assessments is not recommended and that H5P/xAPI content may not function properly.
  • Fixed issue where notification emails were sent but not logged. Notifications are now logged correctly, delivered promptly.
  • Two new options have been added to the Target dropdown in the Resource Link Selector: “Direct URL link (Same window)” and “Direct URL link (New window).” The previous option “Direct http link” has been renamed to “Direct URL link (Same window)” and set as the default selection.
  • The Resource Link Selector has been updated. For in‑platform usage, the domain is now stripped, showing only the page ID path. For email notifications, the full URL continues to be displayed.
  • In Certificate Statistics, the maximum allowed zip file download is limited to 50 certificates. To align with this, the grid list page size has been capped at 50 and the option to display 100 certificates has been removed.
  • Fixed an issue in Course Enrollment where adding users with special characters in usernames (e.g., apostrophes, hash symbols) caused errors. This now works for both manual search and list‑based user addition.

Bug Fixes

  • A course built from SCORM packages on a specific installation displays a random popup error during navigation. The error occurs inconsistently and does not appear on the same page each time.
  • An error has been identified when handling “Essay” type questions. During processing, the system produces console logs with SCORM API calls and triggers a TypeError: .

New Enhancements

  • A new tile has been added in Reporting Mode to provide an overview of platform statistics, similar to the Account > Overview section in Admin Mode.
