New Features and Updates
- Added support for using Learning Objective Expiry, Completed and assigned dates as filters in the messaging matrix
- Fixed the tab navigation errors in “Rooms” so it works again
- Cleaned up the available Rooms apps – removed support the Gantt Chart, the social media feed (the News Feed app works better and have more features)
- Added new feature on the course catalog asset to support inter-page navigation between two course catalogs. The use case for the new feature is to have a simple “course groups” tile list on a portal start page and then use that to navigate to another course catalog and show the courses that match the selected course group
- Added language versioning on the Title of the course catalog asset and the learning plan asset
- Implemented a new image management framework that resizes logos and background images better and faster.
- Added functionality so now both logos and background images supports transparency via png file format
- Added functionality so now both logos and background images will be resized in 5 image size versions

- Added new variables for the new image sizes for both logos and background images in all variables (course catalog items, courses, learning plans, learning objectives, etc.) – its recommended to implemented these new variables instead of the old “LogoUrl” and “BackgroundImageUrl” variables to optimize the page load speeds
- Added support for the setting default background image size for the “old” background image variables for the installation via installation setup.
- Added new feature to see image file versions in the admin editors when searching or editing images. This will give the users an overview of the image sizes and file size and help them choose which variables to use for their templates
- Added Share to MS teams functionality on course and session editors. This feature does not require any integration or Teams apps. This feature can be turned on/off in the solution admin under the “solution settings” tab under the infocard and previewers section
