What's Happening Next Week?
As part of our continuing commitment to improving the system, services, and products through intuitive changes anchored from our interactions with you and identified necessities from different business's standpoint as well as user-friendliness, we are implementing a few upgrades.
The following is an overview of important changes, for your convenience, which will go into effect this coming week.
- Implementation of the new Survey and Assessment Statistics will take place on all installations.
- The new question type, that is, Essay, will be available in the Question Pool along with the support essential for the evaluation method for the essay questions.
- You can now use toggle buttons to turn a filter on and off--very useful and easy to apply buttons to view users and courses.
- The Wizard-based survey with the added Button list layout will be available to help simplify the building of questionnaires.
In addition to that, the subsequent summary will be deprecated, which can no longer be accessed and used.
- Managers dashboard v1, that is, all installations will only have v2 without the option of using v1.
- Course instructors dashboard v1, that is, all installations will only have v2 without the option of using v1.
- The option of turning the control panel navigation buttons off, that is, they will be turned on all the time, this was on default for about two (2) months.
- The multi sessions, direct members filters in sessions, and the manager/admin mode will be on default, that is, no option to turn the settings on and off, this was also on default for about two (2) months.
All of the above options above that will be deprecated have been made default two (2) months ago unless installation owners have specifically changed them. We then expect, there will be no issues resulting from these.

For certain specific roles, back buttons were repositioned to the upper right corner as requested.
Learning plan asset
For certain specific roles, the learning objective description for each learning objective tiles is hidden.
Manager's dashboard
For certain specific roles, the manager's rights to edit courses were disabled, while, the Details button, Learning objective, and Course enrollment were removed as requested.
