Course Catalog
It's now possible to translate the $$CourseSessionCalendaricsEventInviteHtml variable into language versions.
Course Session
You can now swap a reserved seat on a course session with another user in the course session editor (Full Admin and Control Panel).
Language Versioning
The following has undergone language versioning:
- H5P asset (Control Panel)
- News Item editor (Control Panel)
- User Settings (Control Panel)
Learning Plans/Learning Objectives
- In the Control Panel, the Edit Learning Objective button's visibility has been changed for different roles, so only users who have access to the Full Admin interface can see the said button (Full Admin and Control Panel).
- You can now send a learning objective validation and status notifications to course instructors (Full Admin and Control Panel).
- In the Learning Plan editor, a short description and a $$ variable has been added that can be used in the asset template. (Full Admin and Control Panel).
Message Matrix
You can now track Outlook invitations using the email tracking module and send Outlook cancellations as well (Full Admin and Control Panel).
Support
In the Support and App Center, all the button names for creating a new ticket have been standardized and renamed to Submit a ticket.
Survey asset
- On the Question Collection tab, the editor on the page has been changed to the standard UI/UX to make it look more appealing and user responsive (Full Admin).
- On the same tab, when you edit a page, you now have the option to show or hide the page and its description to your users (Full Admin).
- When you select the Page Based in Groups as a survey UI option, the page is automatically defaulted into that specific type which then hides the selection of group types (Full Admin).
System Info
The Create Error page has been redesigned to make it look more appealing and user responsive (Full Admin).
Users
When you click View/Manage user certificates, on the Manage Users page, the Show Search/Filtering checkbox has been converted into a toggle button.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed:
- In User Assessment, in the Select Columns for Export pop-up window, the checkboxes disappeared when you hovered on the unchecked boxes (Control Panel).
- In the App Center, the tickets on the My Tickets page were not displaying correctly.
