New Features / Updates
Survey Asset
- It's now possible to export survey responses without using reporting services (for example, on Azure).
News Asset
- The user experience on the commenting feature has been improved.
Azure AD
- Two GDPR settings have been added to the AD synchronization from office 365:
- Deactivating users on group settings before importing to ensure that only active users have access to the learning center.
- A sliding expiration setting to deactivate non-active users.
Group Editor
- When you add users to a group based on user criteria, you can now use the following additional filters:
- When Created
- Last Login
- When Modified
- Last Password Change
- Account Expires
Social Media Asset
- You no longer have to manually create a channel for a particular slide, or a course. Now this is done automatically – the system checks whether the current slide or course has a social channel assigned to it and if not, it automatically creates one.
Bug Fixes
The following issues have been fixed:
- Messaging Matrix
- When sending a scheduled message, it ignored the users with unsent emails and instead sent an email to everybody in the domain.
- Media Asset
- When playing an external URL video, only youtube and vimeo content using the Telerik video player was supported.
- Role Matrix
- The course group filter only showed the courses that you were enrolled to and not the courses that you had access to.
