New Features/Updates
  • You can now filter on the following date properties on the Users Collection page (under Domain Admin):
    • When Created
    • Last Login
    • When Modified
    • Last Password Change
    • Account Expires
    • Start Date
    • Hire Date
  • A user expiry system has been added to delete expired users to align with GDPR requirements.
  • The Media asset now supports creating video or audio playlists that will enable users to play multiple videos in one asset.
  • On the Slide Statistics page, export functionality has been added and the pop-up window sizes have been fixed.
  • The Excel export function has been improved on all pages.
  • You can now export the slide statistics that you can be access from the Slide Editor and Slide Settings page.
  • When a task list asset is related to a slide that gets completed, the user's slide attempt is now set to Completed.
  • On the Task List viewer for admin and managers, an Edit Details button has been added to approve, validate, or edit the task list.
  • In the Question Editor, for Sequence Drag and Drop, the maximum number of options that can be added is now 10.
  • In the User Profile Manager asset, a chart has been added that shows history based on settings for a date period and with customizable survey grid settings.
  • In the Group Editor, the Delete button is no longer shown in both full and light version - you can now only delete from the Group list to ensure that users don't accidentally delete when trying to save.
  • In Full Admin, when you edit a user from the Group Editor, on the Members tab the Delete button is no longer shown.  
Bug Fixes

The following have been fixed:

  • In Light, on the Learning Plan Statistics page a secondary filter was selected.
  • In the Question Pool, in the Submit page settings, on the Settings tab, navigation buttons were missing when the Show Title, Text and Button page type was being used.
