New Features/Updates
  • New “sort by options” in the course catalog asset which is organized in four (4) categories, including related variables:
    - Taken by users within my office
    - Taken by users within my company
    - Taken by users within my department
    - Taken by users within my domain
  • New “filter options” in the course catalog asset which comes in four (4) categories:
    - Has been taken by users within my office
    - Has been taken by users within my company
    - Has been taken by users within my department
    - Show only other courses also taken by members of the current active course (e.g. usable for showing related courses on courses pages in combination with new the sort by options)
  • View more detailed statistics with the new report tab columns on Course statistics pages, it lets you display “Completed by, Validated by, and When validated” by simply turning on the corresponding toggles in the Options button.
  • Course, assessment, and survey statistics tabs now open in the background and stay on the same page on the course editor, it no longer opens in a new page or a new tab.

  • Support for hiding learning objectives in learning plans by using the “user specific” type, and the users assigned type is “optional”.
  • Setting to disable using courses prerequisites on learning objectives on the learning objective editor for course objectives.
  • Support for using referred tenant ids and searching for tenant wide Office 365 users in the domain editor for installations using one-to-many domains from same tenant user sync with Azure.
  • Support for using Azure ad objective id as primary key when syncing and signing in instead of using usernames.
  • Charts and filters to the user notification log under system info.
  • Charts and filters to the email activity log under system info.
  • In the Prerequisites editor, the error message that appears in the grey box was made editable.
Bug Fixes

The following bug has been fixed:

  •  The issue of courses prerequisites was not being used on learning objectives as prerequisites for course learning objectives.
