Features and Updates
- The 'Enable Language Version' setting is now correctly applied when creating a course based on a template.
- The content of the EmailTemplates_ResetPasswordNotification_Body RESX variable has been updated. The localized placeholder labels have been replaced with their English equivalents, while the Danish message text remains intact.
- The 'Required' checkbox in the task list asset settings has been updated to toggle.
- The 'Phases' graph metric tile in the Summary Info tab, located within the Learning Plans tab of the Overview menu in Reporting, has been converted to a tab, and its graph layout has been changed to a list.
- The "Save" button in the Full Admin Dashboard now dynamically appears only after layout changes and has been relabeled to clearly reflect its function of saving customized dashboard arrangements.
- The option “Set slide status to completed on submit” is now enabled by default for all newly created survey assets.
- A new short article has been published explaining the toggle “Enable importing admin file types on image selectors” found under Installation Settings > Image selectors and upload settings, which enables the importing of admin-uploaded file types through image selectors in Text Assets. - Updated the hover text for the 'Review page settings' toggle button to clarify functionality.
- Added Danish and Norwegian translations for "Add Course with Session" in the "Add" dropdown menu.
- The "Review Page Settings" toggle is now disabled by default when an Essay question is present, but remains turned on.
- Improved readability of descriptive text under each template in the course page creation interface.
- Added an inline message to the Media Asset section to inform users that only one media asset is supported per page.
- Updated video player caption settings to reflect requested defaults. Instead of displaying the word "default," the actual default values are now shown for better clarity.
Bug Fixes
- Custom labels in the Default Version of the Course Catalog Asset Editor were not appearing or functioning as intended.
- The discrepancy between the reported figures and the expected totals of users assigned to a learning plan has been resolved.
- We’ve fixed an issue where users encountered errors when attempting to subscribe to a course on the platform.
- Fixed an issue where the Exam history toggle button was activated by default when an essay question type was added to an assessment.
- Resolved a bug where the manager approval link was not clickable for pending enrollments. Also fixed the $$CourseList variable, which now functions as expected.
- Resolved an issue where unused course notification templates were incorrectly moved from the top-level domain to a customer domain, preventing installation-wide reuse.
- Fixed an issue where changing the Objectives comparer type caused unintended dynamic titles. Titles now stay consistent with user input.
- Resolved an issue where a blank collapsible vertical box repeatedly appeared on random pages.
- Fixed issue where updates to Bookmarks and their Settings were not saving correctly.
- Resolved error in the 'Course Completion Rate Gauge'—now functions as expected.
- Resolved an issue where selecting more than 10 items in the notification list caused an error. The list now displays correctly for all item counts.
New Enhancements
- Several UI enhancements have been implemented across dashboard tile cards and tabs within the Users pages of the Manager's Dashboard to improve clarity, consistency, and overall user experience.
- In the Course Grid List, the "Add Users" and "Registration List" buttons have been moved to a dedicated column, enhancing visual clarity and alignment.
- A new "Add" button has been introduced on the main dashboard, offering quick and convenient access to key actions: Add Course, Add Course with Session, Add Learning Plan, Add User, and Add Course Group.
- The Pending Enrollment pop-up has been restyled to provide a cleaner interface and make the message easier to understand, helping users navigate the enrollment process more efficiently.
- Enhanced Navigation Prompt in ToolPanel when you choose to access the Advanced asset editor.
- The Full Admin dashboard has been redesigned for improved usability and visual appeal with refreshing color updates to enhance the overall experience.
- The navigation buttons in the top header of both Full Admin and Control Panel have been enhanced for a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
