Features and Updates
- The "Course Session" button in the Course Editor now automatically syncs with the Control Panel toggle and displays the Session tab when enabled.
- The labels in the Manager’s Dashboard dropdown filters have been updated from “All Courses” and “All Learning Plans” to “All enrolled courses” and “All enrolled learning plans.”
- Enhanced the status display across platform grid lists by adding colored dots next to each status.
- Improved the Solution Settings interface in the Full Admin by enhancing the layout, organization, and clarity of configuration options.
- Enhanced the clarity and accuracy of the ring graphs in the dashboard by fixing incomplete shapes, improving legend placement, and eliminating color duplication.
- The "View Settings" button is now limited to display only on the following menu pages: Manager’s Dashboard, Users, and Tasks & Reminders.
- The "Apply" button under the Columns filter in the Reporting > User section has been enhanced to serve a dual purpose. It now adds the selected columns to the grid display and automatically applies autosize to all columns.
- A new configuration option is now available under Installation Settings: “Auto Redirect to Managers Dashboard Preview V3 On Control Panel Home (beta)” When enabled, users accessing the Manager’s Dashboard via the Control Panel will be automatically redirected to the Manager's Dashboard Preview V3.
- The dropdown filters labeled 'All enrolled courses' and 'All Enrolled learning plans' in the Manager’s Dashboard have been enhanced to show only the courses and learning plans that are actively enrolled by the manager’s direct reports.
- A new UI enhancement has been introduced to help Admins quickly identify courses offered in multiple languages. For any course with two or more language versions, hovering over the main language now reveals a tooltip listing all additional available language options.
- Improved visibility and accessibility of the “more...” button in the session calendar.
- Localized error pop-up prompts have been applied to the message-sending feature.
- An "Export" button has been added to the Engagement tile in the Organization section, allowing users to easily download displayed data as an Excel (.xlsx), PDF, SVG or image file.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue Leaning plans statistics section where the Reset button failed to clear the 'Categories' filter on first click and, in rare cases, unexpectedly changed dropdowns, buttons, and the 'Enrolled' field to another language.
- Resolved an issue in the Users section of the Reporting view where the "From / To" date selectors were not displaying when the "Custom" date range was selected.
- The issue where clicking the "Status" column header in the grid list triggered an error prompt has been resolved.
- Resolved an issue where the grid in the Course Statistics section became overly wide and caused the "User label" column to disappear when new columns were added.
- Resolved an inconsistency in the Course dropdown filter behavior across languages. Previously, in certain languages, the filter defaulted to the first course option instead of “None,” and incorrectly returned to the first option upon reset.
- Fixed an issue when adding an asset where the asset configuration side pop-up would disappear when the side menu was hidden.

- We’ve added a new tile called “Instant Reminder” — a simplified way to send messages via email and SMS through a sleek pop-up interface that lets you create and send reminders quickly and seamlessly.
- Course creation just got a major upgrade with the new wizard version! The redesigned experience makes adding new courses faster, more intuitive than ever.
