The Learning Plan Wizard!

It has now become much easier to create a new learning plan!
You can now add a learning plan more easily through the Learning Plan wizard. Unlike before, the different options in the wizard are now contained in their respective tabs to make the process more organized. In addition, you can see changes in the text labels so that you'll know what each of them stands for.
