Content Package Template

The new Content package template is a collection of content creation templates. These templates have a minimal number of setting controls which vary from the Template mode selected so you can quickly create the content you need as each of them contains different default designs, layouts, and settings.  

In Full Admin, whenever you add a Course Catalog Asset and/ or Learning Plan Viewer Asset, you will find the Use content package template on the top left corner of the Main tab, select the preferred template from the dropdown list:

After selecting a specific template, the Template Mode dropdown will appear providing you with three (3) options to customize your selected template, choose the desired option.

  • Design – the asset will only inherit the chosen package template design/layout.
  • Design and labels – design and labels of the chosen package template will be inherited.
  • All – design, labels and setting of the chosen package template will be inherited.
