Deleting learning objectives

It has now become much easier to manage learning objectives.
You can now delete learning objectives from courses and slides directly in the Control Panel. In addition to this new feature, there is also an easier way to tidy up learning objectives that aren't being used anywhere in the Full Admin interface.
