Wizard based survey with added Button list layout

The Wizard based survey is very simple to use, asking you to supply some basic information, that is, Title and Introduction (optional). Then choose the question type by tapping on the Add button on the upper right corner of the page. Select the layout to use, for example, the new Button list noting that this is only available for the Multiple choice question type. Type in the necessary answers in the options box below that and save. Repeat the process to add new questions.
