New Sort by options and Filter options in the Course Catalog Asset

The following “Sort by” options were added in the Course Catalog Asset, including other variables that allow you to define how your data will be sorted more specifically.

  • Taken by users within my office
  • Taken by users within my company
  • Taken by users within my department
  • Taken by users within my domain

Full Admin > Course catalog asset > Edit asset > Settings tab

Aside from these new sorting options, “Filter options” can be turned on to filter a course or courses which have been taken by users within your company, department, or office based on indicated criteria. Selecting the filter option that says “Other courses also taken by members of the active course” allows you to show a list of other related courses also taken by members of the current or active course:
