I can't access the course/domain

If you cannot access the course, check the following:
- Are you in the correct course?
- Have you been assigned to the course?
- Is the URL taking you to a different course or domain than the one you have been granted access to?
- Have you been assigned the correct role with the appropriate permissions?
- Is the course active and not expired?
If none of these are the cause of the issue or you get an error message, contact Support for assistance.
If you cannot access the domain:
- Are you a member of the domain and do you have access? Your admin can check this in the user settings and the domain settings.
- Are you enrolled in a course that is on a different domain?
- Is the domain expired or inactive?
