I'm in the wrong course

If your default course is the wrong one, ask your admin to check the following:

  • That your user settings have the correct default course assigned.
  • That you are in a group that has access to the course.
  • That the course isn't expired or inactive.

If none of these are the cause of the issue or you get an error message, contact Support for assistance.
