By integrating ChatGPT into the system, the Learning Center enables users to create questions through a chat prompt window. Subsequently, these questions are sent to ChatGPT, which generates content to be used in the Learning Center.
The process operates by enabling users to initiate a chat request through the user interface. Following this request, ChatGPT responds according to the user's query. As a result, only the user's input is sent to ChatGPT.
The communication with ChatGPT is secure and encrypted. There’s no data integration between the Learning Center and ChatGPT that is used to train, feed, or share data. The users will always see what’s being sent to ChatGPT.
The Learning Center uses the OpenAI API based on the ChatGPT 4 model (updates to newer versions will be shown in the chat pop-up window).
The integration features in the Learning Center offer shortcut options that make it easier to use content data for creating chat requests.
Regarding existing content
No content of system data is scanned or stored in ChatGPT. The only data sent to ChatGPT is what the user provides in the chat interface.
Data storage
All data sent to ChatGPT is processed and stored in the US. OpenAI does not store data in Europe or in other countries. Also. No system data or content is stored or shared with ChatGPT except the data the chat requests contain.
Submitted chat requests/queries by customers via our API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models. Data sent will be retained for abuse or misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
