Using Twilio as an SMS setting
Updated 2 years ago /
Whether you’re sending important announcements or providing technical support via SMS, you must connect with your customers through their preferred communication devices.
And if your communication efforts rely heavily on sending text messages through your digital platform, you are faced with complex online security regulations and protocols.
With today’s data security risks, you need a robust cloud communication platform to help you reach your customers with maximum efficiency and security.
Good thing Twilio’s Programmable SMS API offers innovative messaging capabilities that make it possible to send and receive messages on a large scale.
Twilio uses intelligent sending features that ensure messages reach people wherever they are. Not only that, but you can also track message delivery and retrieve or modify message history.
If you’ve already signed up, here’s how you set up your Twilio SMS setting in the Learning Center.
In Full Admin, go to Domain Settings (Domain Admin) and click Set SMS settings for this Domain.
