To enable the Support tile in the Control Panel:
In
Full Admin
, click
System Admin
,
Solution Admin
.
On the page that appears, click
Edit Active Control Panel Definition
and on the
Administrator
tab, scroll to the bottom to see the
Support Center
tile.
On the
Support tile
, click the
Edit
icon and then click
Access
toggle button.
Click
Save
. The
Support Center
tile is now displayed under Administrator mode in the Control Panel.
