Enable the Support tile in the Control Panel

To enable the Support tile in the Control Panel:

  1. In Full Admin, click System AdminSolution Admin.
  2. On the page that appears, click Edit Active Control Panel Definition and on the Administrator 
    tab, scroll to the bottom to see the Support Center tile.


  3. On the Support tile, click the Edit icon and then click Access toggle button.


  4. Click Save. The Support Center tile is now displayed under Administrator mode in the Control Panel.
