PDF not displaying correctly

  • Check that the PDF version is supported.
  • Check that there is nothing wrong with the PDF file. 
  • Check the PDF settings: on the slide, edit the asset, and in the media settings, make sure that the PDF settings are set to be version 2 and 16:9 format.
