If you are having issues with viewing images, pdf files, or videos check the following: 

• Has the video been taken down or removed? This is particularly the case for external URLs.
• Has the media been updated or changed? When images have been changed and a user is taking an assessment or viewing it, this will result in errors.
• If users encounter problems with the size and scaling of the media – this might be related to template changes or updates done in the backend. Please contact your administrators.

If none of these are the cause of the issue or you get an error message, contact Support for assistance.
