Issues with the templates and skins

If you cannot see the correct template, or your templates are missing, or there is an overall issue with the UI, check the following:
- Is your browser up to date? Learning Center is optimized for Internet Explorer 11. Check that your browser is the latest version and try using a different browser.
- Check the Templates admin. Has someone changed or updated the template? If they have, this can affect all the client-side UI.
- Check the template used on the specific asset or pages. Sometimes a wrong template can be assigned that causes the error.
- For broken images and videos - check all the pages first. Are they all affected by the issue?Usually, when only one image or images from a specific asset is missing, this could be due to the media file having been removed or deleted from the system. If you are using an external link (for example to a Youtube URL), the video might have been taken down or removed.
- Did the issue happen overnight? Did anyone make changes to the layout or media?
If all media on all assets and or pages are missing or if none of these are the cause of the issue or you get an error message (take a screenshot), contact Support for assistance.
