New features and updates

We made UI/UX enhancements to the App Center articles to make them responsive on mobile and desktop views.
We added Icelandic language to our language versions.
Added WCAG Fix for search asset empty label warnings
Added beta for using manager filters on survey users lists and assessment logs (issue with showing all users for users with roles with manager or organization manager restrictions)
Fixed performance issue switching the lists under the course session calendar
Added new download asset client UI (kendo v1 - beta)
