Access Cursum Support

The following describes the ways to access Cursum Support: 

When you access the Support Center in Full Admin or in the Admin View in the Control Panel, you are creating a ticket within the domain/installation that you are in. This means that the tickets you create are based on the user profile which you have signed into the installation with.

This interface is aimed at your end users:

When you access the App Center, you are in the top domain and are signing in as partner with all the access rights that you have. This means that as a partner, you can see all the tickets that all your customers have submitted. You can also escalate tickets to Cursum from here. You can create tickets addressed to Cursum from this view.
