FAQs on Statistics

The following describes the different situations where you can use filters to generate a statistical view:

How many people have visited the portal in total since launch?

This figure is shown in the User tile on the Overview page. However, to see the information and be able to use the filters:

  • On the Users statistics page, filter on Last login to start from the launch date, and in the Resultssection, show the Last Login, Created, and Last Accessed columns. 

How many people have visited the portal in the last 30 days?
You can see this in different ways:

  • On the Organization statistics page, filter by company. The results are shown in the Engagement Statistics graph. The yellow indicator represents the 30-day time frame. 
  • On the Users statistics page, filter on Last login and Last 30 days

How many people have visited the portal for the first time in the last 30 days?

  • On the Users statistics page, filter on Created and Last 30 days

How many users are active on the portal?

  • On the Users statistics page, in the results, in the Attempted column, click the filter icon and choose to show items with value that is greater than 0.

What are the most popular/visited courses in total since launch?  

  • On the Course Statistics page, in the results, click to sort the Attempted column according to course with the most attempts. 

What are the most popular/visited courses for the last 30 days?

  • On the Course statistics page, filter on Attempted and Last 30 days and in the results, click to sort the Attempted column according to course with the most attempts. 

How many new users in the last month?

  • On the User statistics page, filter on Created and Last month

How many people have completed a specific learning plan in the last 14 days?

  • On the Learning Plans statistics page, click Statistics and then choose the relevant learning plan. The Completed column shows the number of users who have completed the learning plan.

View statistics for departments or companies within an organization

  • On the Learning Plans statistics page, click Organization, and in the filters choose Department or Company. Select the relevant learning plan in the drop down to see the bar chart with details about the status of each business unit. 
  • If you want more details on the user activity of each business unit, on the Learning Plans statistics page, click Attempt Matrix. Choose how you want to see the results (by Userby User + Department, and so on) and specify any filters that you are interested in.

How many departments are in progress?

  • On the Learning Plans statistics page, click Attempt Matrix and chooseUser + Department, click the Department filter icon, click Value filters and specify Greater than 0 as the filter.
