If you have subdomains and you want your subdomain users to get access to the Learning Center, you must enable the Azure application as a multitenant. This option will appear at the beginning of setting up your domain in Azure or right after you click App registrations, New registrations in Azure Active Directory.

If you want personal accounts to have access to the application, select the third option.
