To print a certificate for an employee who has completed the 5 star challenge:

1. In the Retail Academy portal, click the Admin  icon to open the Control Panel.
2. Click the Learning Plan Statistics card and in the list, navigate to the employee for whom you want to print a certificate for, hover over the username and click View.
3. In the Learning plan viewer, click View certificate.
   
   
   
4. When the certificate is fully downloaded, double-click the file in your Downloads toolbar at the bottom of your browser window to open it.
   
   
   
5. In the Word file that opens, on the ribbon, click File, Print to print the certificate.
